Tracking for your specific shipment can be found on our website. You can into your account and click the "My Account" link in the top right corner. Click on "Track Orders" to find the order you need to track. Click the "View Details" link for that order to see your tracking information under the shipping address.
Business days include Monday-Friday, and exclude some holidays such as Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. We currently only deliver to continental U.S. addresses, and cannot ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. P.O. Box delivery is only available with Standard shipping. Return shipping for rentals is FREE! Simply print out the return label and tape it to your box or mailer and drop it off at the nearest UPS or designated shipping carrier facility.
You can print your UPS shipping label from our website by signing into your account and clicking the "My Account" link in the top right corner. Click on "Return Rentals" to find the rentals that have not been returned. Check the box next to all of the books you need to return and click "Return Selected Books". This will generate a UPS shipping label for you to print and attach to your package.
