You can track your books on your Order History page and click on “View Details.”
Textbook Solutions offers the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 5–7 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.
- Expedited Shipping: Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 3–5 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday) excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Items shipped to APO/FPO/PO Box addresses may only be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and cannot be expedited.
- If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
- If the tracking information indicates that the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been deemed undeliverable.
- If there is no tracking information, or you are unable to locate the package and it was not deemed undeliverable, please feel free to contact us for further assistance.
- If your books were delivered, but arrived late, please give us a call/text at (832)-827-3055 or contact us and we'll refund your shipping cost ASAP!
