If you find that the book is damaged upon receiving it, please give us a call/text at (832)-827-3055 or click here to contact us as soon as possible.
If the book is a rental, and you wish to continue using it, we can leave a note on your account to avoid damage fees.
If you wish to return the damaged book, please do so as soon as possible and we will issue a refund once we receive the book.
If you prefer a replacement copy, we can ship one if there are more copies available.
If you have lost the book or it has been stolen, the following options are available:
- A “Used-Good” replacement copy can be purchased by the customer to replace the lost/stolen rental.
- We can charge the full non-return fee for the rental(s).
