Refunds can be requested based on different circumstances, such as:
- The book was damaged upon delivery
- The access card is used
- The package was never delivered or late
- The wrong book was shipped
- No longer need/want the book
If you're not satisfied in any way with the physical book you receive or it turns out you don't need it, just return the book within 21 days in the same condition in which it was rented/purchased. We'll provide a full refund minus the cost of shipping. The 21 day refund qualifying period begins the day you place your order. To qualify for your refund, your return package must be postmarked by UPS within 21 days of your ordered date. Once the book arrives to our facility, refunds take approximately 2 to 3 business days to process.
