In some cases, items are shipping from more than one shipping facility, therefore your book may arrive in a separate package.
If your items are going to be shipped separately, you will receive separate shipping confirmation emails for each package that is sent.
If you are still unable to locate the package, please call/text us at (832) 827-3055 or contact us via our website and we will attempt to locate or refund the order.
Please note: All missing merchandise must be reported within 21 days of your order's ship date. If we are notified of a missing item(s) after this time frame, we will be unable to process your request.
