There are a few reasons why the check box may not available:
- Your rental is past the rental return due date. Contact us and we can send you a label for your rental return, if your book can still be returned.
- We have charged the full non-return rental fee and the book is now yours to keep.
- You have already printed out the prepaid label we provided for you. If this has happened, you can reprint this label on textbooksolutions.com via your account.
- When you placed your order, the shipping address was incorrect (this will prevent our automatic system from creating a prepaid label and/or generating an order receipt). Contact us and we can send you a label for your rental return, if your book can still be returned.
If none of these situations apply to your order and you are still unable to click the check box, please contact us and we can help resolve your situation.
