If you're not satisfied in any way with the physical book you receive or it turns out you don't need it, you may return the book within the return policy. There are two ways you can do this:
In-Store: Bring your book(s) to one of our Textbook Solutions locations with the original order receipt and go to the checkout counter. For books rented/purchased in store, there is a time frame in which you may return the item for a refund (refund period varies by store)
Ship: Send your book(s) back to our returns facility at the following address:

For rentals/purchases placed online, you may return your book(s) for a full refund on the book as long as it is dropped off at one of our stores or shipped back within 21 days of when the order was placed (this refund will not include the shipping fees).
Please include a note with your order number, indicating that this is being returned for a refund. As soon as we receive this at our facility, we will issue a refund for your book(s).
Please note: After a package arrives to our facility, refunds may take 2 to 3 business days to process.
