If you're not satisfied in any way with the physical book you receive or it turns out you don't need it, just return the book within the return policy. There are two ways you can do this:
In-Store: Bring your book(s) to one of our Textbook Solutions locations with the original order receipt and go to the checkout counter.
Ship: Send your book(s) back to our returns facility at the following address:

Please include a note with your order number, indicating that this is being returned for a refund. As soon as we receive this at our facility, we will issue a refund for your book(s).
Please note: After a package arrives to our facility, refunds may take 2 to 3 business days to process.
