If you checked out as guest when you placed your order, you can still access your account at www.textbooksolutions.com!
Click on the "Sign In" button on the top right of the screen. This will pop up a window asking you to either sign in or register. Please click (forgot password?) and use the email that you used when you placed the order. This will send you an email with a temporary password in order to log into your account.
If you receive a message saying "The email address you entered was not found. Please try again.", this means there is no account or order associated with your email. Please ensure that the email you input is the same email you included on your original order (one easy way to do this is to search your email for "Textbook Solutions Order Confirmation" to find the original order email).
You also may need to try a different web browser in order to sign in (we have experienced some difficulty with Internet Explorer).
