No sweat, we can help with this! Contact us with your original rental order number and either the email you used on your order for selling books or the student ID/driver's license number on your order for selling books.
We should be able to find both your original rental and the order you sold to be able to resolve this. We will likely either ask you to come in store to return the money we paid for your rental book (and avoid and non-return fees), or have you send us payment over Venmo/Paypal.
