In an effort to abide by the social distancing guidelines and to keep our employees and customers safe and healthy, we have 2 contact-less methods of returning your rentals during this time.
The first is to ship your textbooks to our store location. For more information on how to get your shipping label, please refer to the following article: Where do I return my rental books?
Alternatively, we will also have contact-less drop-off boxes available at the front of our Central Florida and College Station stores beginning Monday, April 20. In order to drop these off and help us expedite the receiving process, here is what you need to do:
- Print off your rental return packing slip. You can do this by logging into your account at www.textbooksolutions.com and click the "My Account" link in the top right corner. Click on "Rental Book Status" to find the rentals that have not been returned. Click the checkbox next to the book(s) you wish to return, then select "drop off at store". You can then print your packing list.
- If you are unable to print your packing list, please write your order number, name, and phone number on a piece of paper and include it with your books. This ensures that we can locate your order and return your rental correctly.
- Package your rental returns to limit contact with the books. If you are unable to package them at home, we will have packages available at the drop-off location.
- Drop your package in the appropriate box at the front of our store location. You will receive an email notification within 2 business days!
